A lovely hotel. Check-in was fast. There are enough lifts to take you to all floors quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is close to transport stops and walkable to some notable tourist attractions. The bar and restaurant are worth a visit and (once again) staff are very friendly in them. If I had any critism it would be the corporate design which makes the corridors long and dull.
