I loved every experience of nature and the history of the hotel it is very peaceful and pleasant, beautiful kind people, lovely atmosphere the sound of the piano is very beautiful and peaceful.

Skønt ophold i udkanten af Potsdam

Hyggeligt ophold med rigtig god service. Vi kom sent og der blev serveret ostebord for os selvom vi var de eneste i restauranten. Slottet har fin historie og har en stilfuld atmosfære. God morgenmad som blev serveret portionsanrettet.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt im Schloss

Wie immer im Schloss Kartzow: alles bestens. Die Suite unterm Dach war ziemlich neu, eine positive Überraschung. Nette Annehmlichkeiten wie Bademantel, Hausschuhe und die extra angeschaltete Sauna waren super. Kaffeekapselmaschine, Wasserkocher und Minibar sowie Pralinchen, Kartzow-Honig und leckere Marmelade rundeten den positiven Eindruck ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

En speciel oplevelse, på den gode måde 😀

Vi havde det skønneste ophold som varmt kan anbefales. Et charmerende hyggeligt lille slot som primært bruges til bryllupper, men i hverdagene åbner de også op for almindelige overnatninger og her var vi så de eneste gæster på hele slottet og blev budt varmt velkommen på de lækreste værelser og sendt godt afsted med lækker morgenmad. Slotsophold

Slotsophold er altid spændende. Her blev vi mødt af en hund der gøede og et indgangsparti som virkede som om det var uden for sæson (vi var her midt juli). Værelset var fint, sengen utrolig blød, sjældent man sover på skumgummi madras på hoteller, men det gjorde man her. Efter vi fik værterne til at slukke for musik i underetagen, var der dejlig stille. Man kunne vælge 3 retter menu, ikke mulighed for a la carte - prisen var ikke på spisekortet og tjeneren vidste heller ikke hvad pris var 😵‍💫 Prisen var 60 euro og alle pengene værd, virkelig lækker mad. Morgenmad var ok, æg var kolde, juice varm, men du får det basale. Hvis man kunne gøre en lille smule mere ud af rengøring og f.eks. Fjerne døde fluer fra vindueskarme, så ville det give en bedre vurdering.

Das Schloss Hotel ist zwar von außen nicht top saniert hat jedoch auch dadurch einen tollen Charme und ist innen liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet und das Bad sehr modern. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, sehr gutes Essen und tolle Weinauswahl. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und nett. Die Buchung über Expedia ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen! Es wird eine Junior Suite rabattiert angeboten, gebucht, jedoch hat das Hotel ein Standard Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung. Schon der Preis passt nicht zur Junior Suite, die wesentlich teurer ist. Besser im Hotel nachfragen! Die Umgebung ist ländlich, charmant. Potsdam ist nah und sehr sehenswert.

Der erste Eindruck, als wir am Parkplatz ankamen: Oh, Vinetage. Aber das ist als Stil ja gar nicht verkehrt. Und die Sauberkeit und der Komfort waren ohne Einschränkung gut. Wie wir gehört haben, war das Personal zum Teil in Kurzarbeit. Aber alle waren um unser Wohl bemüht und der Service war ok. Das Frühstück war kein Buffet, sondern musste coronabedingt vorbestellt werden. Ansonsten haben wir die Küche des Hotels nicht genutzt, weil wir Potsdam besucht haben. Vier Sterne würden wir aber nicht vergeben.

Wir haben die Pfingstfeiertage hier in diesem schönen Anwesen verbracht.Die Lage idyllisch,wer die Ruhe sucht.Das Zimmer einwandfrei sauber. Ein Abendessen hervorragendi n Geschmack und Qualität.Auch über das Personal können wir nur lobende Worte sagen- angenehm, immer freundlich. ABER es gibt unsererseits doch eine Kritik: Am Pfingstsonntag war das Haus gut gebucht. Einige Gäste wollen auschecken,einige brauchen ein Fahrrad und die meisten Gäste wollen ein entspanntes Frühstück. Aber in Coronazeit gibt es ja nunmal kein Büffet.Entweder hat man alles beim Einchecken vom Kaffee bis zum Obst auf dem Vordruck angekreutzt sonst Pech gehabt.Denn nur 1 Kellner, der sich wirklich mühte,alles zu schaffen,scheiterte.Wir und andere Gäste gaben auf und verzichteten auf unsere Nachbestellung .(Joghurt etc.)Sehr schade ,es hat den schönen Eindruck getrübt. Très bon séjour, cadre magnifique

Arrivée très tardivement, les clés étaient disponible à l'accueil. Chambre pas tout à fait conforme à notre demande mais propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner complet, et salle très agréable.

Great experience!

We only stayed one night, but enjoyed that night in luxury. The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was great. Only minus was the long dark hair in the shower. Otherwise everything was great.
