Hotel overall good not given excellent due to poor check in experience, very slow service at the bar on first evening, room not cleaned properly on one day no coffee left and towels not fully changed. On a positive the New Years Eve decorations were very good and the staff were very good.

Stayed 3 nights, room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Very walkable to the sights/lots of transport options. Only negative was the large screen showing the football every night which rather changed the atmosphere in the bar, but would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was lovely , nice and clean , comfortable beds , friendly staff , the breakfast was great lots of choice. My only disappointment was I deliberately booked this hotel as it had a spa. The spa and pool itself was fine but only found out when arrived that it was €20 per person per day. This was in Expedia small print but not clear when we booked. As a result we didn’t use it as much as we wanted to keep the holiday cost down.

Conveniently located, close to subway and a short tram ride to the Berlin Central Station. Breakfast had a lot of selections. Would come back to stay here again.
