"The carpets were all stained, and the general look of the place was "run down." While we were there, there was a 10 minute wait for hot water. The elevator broke and dropped 2 levels when you were going up to the 6th floor. They literally put a sign up. The sauna was broken, the hot tub was broken, ..."
