"Definitely didn’t appreciate being woken up at 8 am by construction. They can’t control the street construction but drilling inside the hotel is a bit much. Also absolutely no counter space in the bathroom to place any of your hygiene or makeup products. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. We stayed at 4 other hotels in Italy during this same trip and they all had breakfast included with the exact same items give or take so I’m not sure why breakfast is so expensive,...

"Close to the station. The building is next to the Hyatt and the entrance to the building was weird. We walked through the shared parking lot to get to the building. Maybe we just did not know other ways. The building is old but rooms are nicely renovated and spacious. AC works. The ceiling lights did not work, but it was too late to call someone. There was some error made on my booking but it was taken care of quickly by the front desk staff. The breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and...

"The staff was wonderful!! We were on our honeymoon and they went out do their way to welcome us with something special! The hotel was clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend!"

"Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff cleaned our room each day and replenished the mini fridge with water and sodas at no additional cost. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful, recommending a few nearby restaurants that were great. The breakfast is very nice with something to please everyone. Coffees are made to order and brought to your table. Location is good. Walking distance to Stazione Centrale and the Duomo."
