"Room was incredibly clean and more spacious than we realized when we booked the stay. There was a coffee pot, microwave, toaster and FULL SIZE fridge in the room. "Second time staying. Hotel is in nice area, clean, safe, and staff is friendly. Toilet height is almost toddler size. Laundry room has several washers and dryers. Only negative is parking. Courtyard and Residence Inn use same lot which gets full quickly. Adjacent lot appears to be Property of an office building and they don't turn lights on and it's pretty dark. No security."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel within walking distance to downtown Franklin. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy and the turn down service with cookies was wonderful! We enjoyed the whiskey tasting in the afternoons. The food at the cafe was delicious! We loved absolutely everything about the hotel!!!! "
