"This is a refurbished "grand hotel" that has been restored to give the feel of the original construction with modern updates. It's clear that some fixtures were chosen for budget provisions. All in all it works. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. A major priority. The staff was very nice, like it seems everyone in algeria. The location is central and desirable to me for that reason."

"Mon séjour à Royal Hotel Oran a été absolument merveilleux. L’hôtel est élégant, raffiné et idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville d’Oran. Les chambres sont confortables, très propres et offrent une atmosphère chaleureuse et apaisante. Le service est irréprochable : tout le personnel est extrêmement gentil, professionnel, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et de grande qualité, et l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel reflète parfaitement le charme et l’hospitalité algérienne. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil exceptionnel qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je tiens également à adresser un immense merci à notre chauffeur de taxi Ali, qui nous a accompagnés durant tout notre séjour, y compris lors de notre magnifique journée à Tlemcen. Ali a été remarquable par sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme, sa ponctualité et sa bienveillance. Toujours attentionné, prudent et disponible, il nous a permis de voyager confortablement et en toute sérénité tout en nous faisant découvrir la région avec passion et générosité. Grâce à lui, notre expérience à Oran et Tlemcen fut encore plus mémorable. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et espérons revenir un jour."

"Very pleasant stay at LB Suite Hotel. The room were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Great location and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again."

"Who rated this a 4-star hotel??? Awful Oran hotel - not as per advertised 1. No wifi in room AT ALL 2. Was given small room. When confronted horrible reception woman, she said (1) i booked single room (my booking is for Superior Single Room). (2) no rooms available tonight. Showed her my booking. Suddenly by magic, there’s a room! 3. I had to ask what time is breakfast, where etc. information had to be asked and not provided. 4. Lift was Useless! 5. Inside room, rubbish not thrown. There was a used diaper & water bottle in rubbish bin. 6. In bathroom, shampoo bottle left opened and soap from previous guest. Too gross! 7. Breakfast was pathetic Hotel should re-named NIGHTMARE hotel! Expedia & hotel fantazia are L1ars! Description is deceptive and a lie!! People in this hotel do not deserve to work at a hotel. They spoiled my trip! The worst Algerians i’ve met in this trip and i have met really nice ones! They ruin the reputation of Algeria! "

"Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Breakfast was decent. Well planned. Limited on space but always clean. Rooms were fairly clean and more spacious than I expected based on reviews. Towels could have been a bit cleaner (they were washed but stained) Would have been good to have a cupboard in the room, kettle, iron as basic necessities. Overall however exceeded expectations."
