Appartamento superior x 2 persone puzzava ed era trascurato, siamo stati spostati in un appartamento più grande quale aveva i stessi problemi, dopo una notte abbiamo avuto una camera x 2 persone. Camera era pulita ma le persiane non si potevano aprire. Rapporto qualità prezzo della colazione non adeguata.

Top karakter herfra, selvom vi skulle køre til hovedbygningen for at bruge swimmingpoolen. Medarbejderne var utroligt hjælpsomme, og stedet har en idyllisk beliggenhed med en fantastisk udsigt over en del af Umbrien. Morgen- og aftenudsigten kan simpelthen ikke blive bedre, især når man nyder en espresso kaffe i hånden. En skøn oplevelse, som vi varmt kan anbefale!

La struttura è bellissima ed il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Siamo arrivati di sera, molto tardi, e hanno fatto comunque di tutto per assicurarci anche la cena al ristorante. La piscina è un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Consigliatissima per relax e visita dei bellissimi dintorni.

Mooie locatie, maar slecht onderhouden accomodatie

Locatie is prachtig, maar appartementen zijn behoorlijk gedateerd en slecht onderhouden. De tweepersoons-appartementen zijn klein, donker en allesbehalve ‘superior’. En je hebt er geen uitzicht op het dal. Na onze klacht en dreigement om te vertrekken, kregen we een 4-persoonsappartement. Dat lag echt beter, maar de staat van het appartement was net zo slecht. De douche werkte niet naar behoren, de koelkast sloot niet, 1 gaspit werkte niet, toilet liep door etc. Etc.

Great family-owned and operated agriturismo

Wonderful family owned and operated place to spend a night or a few days in Umbria near Assisi, Spello and Perugia. Amazing infinity pool with plenty of beds to lounge around the outside of the pool. Great restaurant with their local and fresh products to go along with their delicious olive oil and refreshing wines. Very well maintained by the family with lovely grounds and garden areas. The only complaint is the beds and pillows are a bit old and therefore somewhat uncomfortable but otherwise no issues.

Agriturismo im Olivenhain

Auf einem Hügel gelegenes schönes Landhaus mit 2 separaten Nebengebäuden, in denen die Zimmer untergebracht sind. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden, sehr ruhig und umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Das Standardzimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichet, allerdings etwas eng durch ein Zustellbett und eine Sitzecke. Das Badezimmer ist groß und neben einer Badewanne mit einer behindertengerechten Dusche ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist im Sommer angenehm kühl. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Die Satellitenanlage war defekt. Am Zimmer gibt es keine Terasse. Im Haupthaus befindet sich ein Restaurant mit einer schönen Terasse mit Blick über das gesamte Tal und auf Assisi. Die Speisekarte enthält landestypische Gerichte. Die Küche ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück wird in Buffetform angeboten, wird allerdings häufig nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein 25 Meter Pool, zum Schwimmen gut geeignet. Ungünstig für kleine Kinder(Wassertiefe ab 1,60m). Ausreichend Liegen am Pool vorhanden. Allerdings ohne Auflagen und Sonnenschirme. Das Tragen von Badekappen im Wasser ist vorgeschrieben. Das Haus ist ein Familienunternehmen, und wird gerade an die nächste Generation übergeben. Die Tochter ist allerdings ausgesprochen unfreundlich zu den Gästen.

L'accès est difficile pour qui n'a pas l'habitude de ces routes très étroites en lacets et grimpantes. Bel endroit calme mais restaurant assez cher. LE GROS POINT NOIR: ayant laissé la clef de la chambre à la réception nous nous sommes trouvés à la porte à 22h personne à la réception et personne ne répondant au téléphone. Attente de plus d'une heure dehors et après 5 appels enfin on a fini par nous envoyer quelqu'un pour nous donner notre clé. À partir de 19h il n'y a plus aucun accueil !

Il personale è gentile e premuroso. Il luogo è molto bello, le camere pulite e ordinate. Nella nostra camera, tuttavia, l'illuminazione era scarsa. C'è una bella piscina e un campo da tennis. La vera pecca è il ristorante. Da un agriturismo di un'azienda agricola ci si aspettava una cucina molto migliore.

Rustig en stil hotel

De locatie ligt prachtig tussen de olijfbomen met een geweldig mooi uitzicht over het dal. Het hotel en de appartementen liggen wel ver buiten de dorpen en stadjes in de vallei je moet dus wel eigen vervoer hebben om er te komen.Vanuit het appartement is het een hele klim om te ontbijten of dineren. Het appartement is voldoende gemeubileerd al is de zitbank uitgezakt ook de badkamer is voldoende en voorzien van alle gemakken.

aangenaam zeer mooi gelegen agriturismo

Dit verblijf ligt op één van de groene heuvels rechtover Assisi. Wij verbleven in kamer "Iris". Wat betreft de kamer zijn er weinig opmerkingen. Enkel het jacuzzibad is verouderd maar functioneel, de voegkit tussen de badrand mag eens gereinigd of vernieuwd worden. De lamp aan de ingang van de kamer werkte niet. (er zat geen lamp in). De omgeving, tuin van het hotel is mooi maar als men op details let zijn er toch enkele minpunten mbt onderhoud. Diverse planten en struiken kunnen wel eens een snoeibeurt gebruiken. De afgevallen bladeren van bomen en struiken van het seizoen ervoor lagen nog in de borders. Het zwembad was wel al gesloten voor gebruik (oktober) maar toch geen aantrekkelijk uitzicht gezien het compleet groen zag en er kikkers in zwommen. Ik kan mij niet voorstellen dat dit groen zag van de dag ervoor. Ontbijt was de eerste dagen een minpunt omdat er een groep "Russen" was aangekomen 25tal die 's morgens het ontbijt plunderden. Het ontbijt werd niet spontaan aangevuld en wij moesten het vragen. Eten 's avonds was een zeer aangename ervaring en een echte aanrader. Wie daar slecht eet die weet niet waarover hij spreekt. Prijs / kwaliteit een aanrader.

The location of the agriturismo was fine, although not easy to find. It is convenient to Assisi and Perugia. The suite itself was clean and spacious, but there was no air conditioning and no screens on the windows so leaving them open at night wasn't an option with the mosquitoes/bugs, so it was very stuffy and hot. I'm guessing this isn't a problem unless it is summertime. There was a kitchen, but is was not well appointed with cookware and there was no dish soap/sponge/dish towel in which to clean up, making it difficult as well. The pool had bathing cap requirements and no swim shirts were allowed to keep out of the sun. Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby of the main building and not in the building we were located in.

Luogo incantevole!

Siamo stati in una villetta, molto comoda e spaziosa, all'interno di una tenuta di olivi su una collina che domina la valle sottostante. E' un posto decisamente incantevole dove passare delle vacanze molto rilassanti. Unica pecca, quyando abbiamo prenotato diceva che la colazione era compresa nel prezzo....invece non è così!.

A great place to stay for anyone.

We had a wondeful experience at Agriturismo Poggio Degli Olivi. The staff is really great to work with and very helpful. They speak pretty good English. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It gave us a good start for the day as we traveled around the countryside each day. We were there for 5 nights but not long enough. The view from the restaurant is outstanding and the food is soooo good. Be sure to see the Olive press. The grounds are so nice with all the olive groves. We didn't use the pool or spa as it was autumn and somewhat cold. Umbria is really very pretty and a great place to visit. We went to Assisi, Spello, Perugia, Montefalco, and Lake Trasimeno. Be aware that the drivers in Italy drive very fast. We would love to return to the farm house as they say. Ask for a room with the view. Just a great place to visit.
