"Wonderful location. The dining area looked out directly on to beautiful square. Staff were delightful and always helpful. Breakfast offered a fabulous choice of great food. Bedroom was well appointed. Lots of wardrobe space, well soundproofed room with very comfortable bed and bathroom was clean, modern with a good shower and toiletries were supplied. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bruges."

"From the moment we entered, the service was amazing. The staff bent over backwards to assist. Gave us a map, booked us a taxi , etc. the rooms were modern and emaculate. Beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was in the center of the historic district and easy to get to all the sites we wanted to experience"

Dab Frühstück haben nicht in Anspruch grnommen, da wir gerne immer außerhalb frühstücken. Es gibt ein beheizten Pool!"

"This was the 3rd stay here in 2 years. Very good hotel central for all visitors sights and shopping. Breakfast was great again and the hotel is excellent value for money. On site parking is always good so you don’t need to use the car at any point. Staff were always helpful and very pleasant, nothing was too much bother for them. We will continue to use this hotel for our stays in Bruges in future."

"I LOVED this hotel. Very chic and beautiful. My room was a single room so it was small but just what I needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. They gave me a box of chocolates at check-in and cookies at checkout, which were nice surprises. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I had questions. My only small issue with the room is that my window looked out directly onto other windows so I felt I always had to keep the curtains closed. Breakfast was decent but I...

"The welcome gifts of chocolate, a free drink were a nice treat; ;having a drink in the tea room after a few train rides was a really nice way to unwind."

"The hotel was charming, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the city. The beds were very comfortable, the small two-person elevator added to the character, and everything was well appointed. Breakfast was excellent, and the maître d’ was especially helpful with recommendations for places to go and things to see. Highly recommend."

"Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn, weshalb der Verkehr deutlich zu hören ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber angenehm. Die Anlage selbst ist schön hergerichtet und sehr grün. Das Hotel ist absolut familientauglich, denn es gibt einen Spielplatz draußen sowie ein Spielzimmer drinnen. Das Frühstück war einwandfrei und sehr lecker. Besonders hat uns aber der sehr nette und zuvorkommende Service gefallen."
