He even provided a PDF file with links to local eateries with discounts, hiking trails between the five towns etc. there is a laundry, grocery market and nice breakfast restaurant very close to the hotel. The room itself was just ok since we are in a small old town. "

"Our stay at Hotel Villa Argentina was wonderful. There was a train strike the day we were traveling to the hotel, and we needed a little bit of help getting to Riomaggiore. Luca at the front desk was wonderful and so patient! He helped us rent a last minute parking spot and was so great to answer my questions throughout our stay. The view from our room was stunning. "Loved my stay at La Zorza! Super easy to find—right through the pedestrian tunnel from the train station and just a few steps uphill. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect since the entrance is tucked behind a restaurant and up a short staircase, but it ended up being a great surprise. "The hotel was situated a three minute walk to the train station which we used quite a bit during our two day stay. The rooms were average size and clean. The staff seemed a little bit snobby. We had booked two consecutive nights and they could not accommodate us in the same room so we had to switch rooms after the first night. They did, however, move all our luggage to the new room so that was good. Overall, I would give them an eight out of 10 rating."

"Our host was wonderful, helpful and friendly. She helped us book a private boat excursion and obtain the pass for the park which included most access fees and bus. The property has exceptional views of the sunset, a beautiful balcony and cave living room to use anytime.
