heerlijke paar dagen gehad, prima zwembad en speeltuintje voor jonge kinderen. Biar is een klein leuk dorpje maar wel heel strikt met siesta. Restaurants pas om 21.00 uur open. In het hotel kun je overigens prima terecht.

Nice stay with great hospitality

This was a little hotel and restaurant just outside village and the people there were just great! No complaints about the room either. A spacious living room / lobby with fireplace warming all day, extended the living space for the whole family. Two bedroom comfy family room was very nicely decorated and clean.

Goed hotel en mooie kamers. Wel ver van het strand, maar dicht bij kasteel. Een plek voor rustzoekers. Het plaatsje Biar en Villena zijn mooi en in Villena kun je lekker eten en winkelen

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar

Ideal los desayunos, con primeras marcas de alimentación, servicio atento y preciosas vistas en el jardín. Lo mejor sin duda, el personal del hotel. Lo peor el baño, algo viejo y con poca presión en la ducha. Pocos armarios para dejar pertenencias en largas estancias.

Good family run hotel

A typical hotel of the area, rustic and charming, with good comfort. Staff was very friendly and helpful, a family atmosphere, a clean hotel, and they serve good and fresh local food too. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, surrounded by blooming almond trees and overlooking stunning Biar. It must be great in summer when temperatures allow to use the huge pool!

geweldige service

heel fijn verblijf gehad. Service meer dan uitstekend, restaurant zeer goed eten. Venere had onze reservering niet doorgegeven dus men wist niks van onze komst maar werd gelijk geregeld en kamer was binnen een kwartier klaar. Vriendelijke mensen, huiselijke sfeer, zeker een aanrader.

Beautiful Views with Lots of Potential (Needs TLC)

The location of this hotel was awesome. It was just on the outskirts of the town, with a view of the castle in one direction, and gorgeous mountain views in the other. We loved the well-maintained playground area for our daughter, especially since we could let her play while we waited on our food at the restaurant's outdoor seating area. The sunset was incredible, and the outdoor space had incredible potential. The pool was smaller than it looked in the photos, and the area around it was underwhelming (we actually saw a rotting animal corpse in the desert about 50 feet from the pool area's fenceline). The rooms were clean, and the food was good. We really liked the breakfast buffet. The hotel could definitely use a little TLC. There were lots of small touches that, if improved, would have easily tipped the scales on this hotel from a 3* to a 4* rating for us. Overall, I'd recommend this for budget family travelers, but wouldn't recommend it to families who have a more luxurious travel budget to work with.

El hotel es fantástico, el personal muy atento y servicial. El único problema que tuvimos y que es ajeno al hotel, es que tuvimos la mala suerte de que en la habitación de al lado se hospedara una familia con dos hijos que no respetaron nada el tipo de alojamiento que es, hablaban en voz muy alta, gritaban y no tuvieron consideración ninguna, tanto en las habitaciones como en las zonas comunes, sobre todo en la piscina. Es una pena porque rompieron la armonía del lugar. Se lo comentamos al gerente y nos ofreció una noche gratuita para que comprobásemos la verdadera esencia del lugar, un detalle por su parte. Por lo demás, en el restaurante se come muy bien, el lugar es muy tranquilo e ideal para descansar (siempre que no os pase lo que a mi), lo recomiendo totalmente.
