"Historic hotel near the station and well located for the Duomo etc. the room although spacious was not very welcoming, and the breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Some lovely pieces of furniture here and there and the staff were generally very nice. One downside was a very annoying door bell that went off in the front reception for every automatic door opening, which occurred even after a light gust of wind. Shame as the hotel could be great."

The bottle of wine, gift of local desserts, and the homemade pound cake was such a nice touch. It was clean and very comfortable. This is the nicest b and b we have stayed in this trip!
