The room was very humid, there wasn’t always someone at the front desk depending on the time, and we even got a call before checkout asking if we were leaving early. "We were in town for a conference and the hotel was horrendous! The carpet was literally wrinkled, waiting for someone to trip...not to mention several large dark stains. The guest counter was encased in bullet proof glass. The elevators smelled fowl and looked like it missed several inspections. The refrigerator in the room was dirty and shelves were uneven. The bath tub had a roach on it, not to mention black mold in the corners of the shower wall. Speaking of bathroom...the faucet on the sink literally lifted up from the counter. The bottom of the tub was so filthy as if it needed replacement from all the grime and soap scum, we had to literally wear our crocs in the shower. Pitiful! The bed sheets had pink stains on one of the beds, that resembled hot pink fingernail polish. Overall, this was just a hot nasty, atrocious mess! Lesson learned. Upset we wasted our money. Next time we will pay for a stay at the Double Tree nearby."
