"The rooms are clean the staff is friendly the only big thing was the BED BUGS !!! the first night i didn’t think it was true about the reviews because of how clean it looked but the second night we all woke up super itchy and my husband my 2 kids & I had bites all over unfortunately we couldn’t cancel the remaining nights due to them keeping the full amount we had already paid but if you can get a better hotel spend that extra money & due so I don’t think I would stay here again"

"The room was clean and most of the staff was very nice. The person that checked me in was very kind. However, there were cockroaches all over the property, inside and out. I was visiting with my boyfriend and some of his colleagues had bedbugs in their rooms. While washing clothes, someone had an issue with the large washing machine, and they had to physically remove all of their clothes from the machine that made the floor sopping wet. "The staff was helpful and friendly. Easy and free self parking with plenty of spaces to park. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. Liked having the free breakfast and coffee and tea available throughout the day."
