"Had pleasant stay at Montcler hotel, our first impress as we walked into grand lobby was "WOW" lobby was recently renovated with coffee service with lodge feel. Rooms are ecofriendly, well maintained upscale feel. Staff was welcoming, quick check-in and great stay. We will comeback for our corporate stay. Nice amenities, good functional gym, newer televisions and excellent stay."

"Jenny at front desk checked us in with a smile. Was friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and easy to get to, The breakfast was very good and Juan made sure to restock any food that was low. When I asked him which pot was decaf coffee he said they are all caffeinated but immediately insisted on brewing a cup for me,"

"The property was filthy, the VR checking was a nightmare. We had to get 8 key cards, because they stop working every time you left the building. The TV didn't work, and there were NO humans on property to ask for help. But we were contacted by corporate and we will try again next year as it is to be remodeled."

"Breakfast was good. Other than that, my room had wet carpet (such that one couldn’t walk around without slippers or something), and the room was in moderate disrepair. Not terrible, but for the price one can get a much nicer room elsewhere."
