"I recently stayed at Gravity Haus and it was phenomenal. I had a room on the second floor with a full balcony that had a beautiful morning view of the sunrise. It was so quiet at night that I probably got the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time. The room was very clean and the shower had great water pressure. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive to my needs. The surrounding area was just as beautiful and a short drive/walk from downtown Truckee which had lots of local flavors like Jax Diner. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be coming back again."

"We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place weren’t very good. 3. Main pool and hot tub closed for maint. Spa pool was open for use but was looking forward to hot tub. 4. Ski in / out not possible due to lack of snow — sometimes a ski Sherpa from Northstar would help drive down guests, but only if you had a lesson otherwise they’d fuss. So either hike down mountain with skis or take 2 gondolas."
