"It was the night before a very early flight. Good dinner at French restaurant in the hotel, clean room. Very handy for Terminal 5 - as at Terminal 5 ! Quick check in."

"Great location close to T5 and the driverless pods are excellent. Check in was quick and very friendly. Bar staff wete excellent and bar menu was above average. Loved the large viewing balcony overlooking Heathrow runway."
