Khách sạn Bingerville

"I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all."

"Rien a dire"

"Breakfast take too long. Need to review the process."

"Property is spacious and staff is friendly. However there was a few problems with the amnésies, the place defintly needs to be freshen up and the host needs to be sure the basic necessities in the kitchen are available"

"J'ai a peine passé 2 nuits, et j'ai été a l'extérieur tout le restant des 2 jours que jai passé dans la ville. J'ai tout de même apprécié le petit déjeuner offert a l'hôtel"

"It’s a gorgeous property and was spotless. The food was good. The front desk, wait staff and cleaning staff were very professional and helpful. Overall I had a nice stay. It doesn’t get 5 stars because they forgot to pick me up from the airport and only sent the driver when I got outside, found no one waiting for me and called to ask, which took another 45 minutes. Luckily I had a working sim, I speak French and I’m familiar with Abidjan. This could have gone sideways for someone else....

"bon rapport qualité prix mais faut être véhiculé!"

"Les chambres sont assez grandes et le cadre est très beau. Il manque du personnel pour la fluidité du service. Les équipements ne sont pas tous fonctionnels."

"Very conviennent and staff are very helpful."
