"The hotel design and architecture are unique, however it showed some aging signs or due to poor maintenance (cracked floors, old carpet, peeled paint, and a strong moldy smell in the indoor pool area). I was disappointed bc i so looked forward to use the pool. The positives are the helpful staff, uncomparable buffet breakfast, a private pasage to the Fansipan ticket station, and the WOW pass to Fansipan (valued at 500k vnd) exclusively for staying guests. The hotel is located in the center of town where you could walk to the stone church, cultural center, and the love market (Saturday night only). Overall, it is a good place to stay."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel! The location is excellent, within walking distance of Sapa Square, Sapa Market, and plenty of shopping options. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. The hotel is clean and offers great amenities. We especially loved the rooftop bar overlooking the city and surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy drinks, relax, and unwind while listening to great music. We highly recommend Sapa Horizon Hotel without hesitation. We would definitely love to stay here again!"

"I would like to thank Mayu for exceptional customer service. We are given cool gifts from her. There is also more affordable laundry service that you can opt for. She has helped us to facilitate that. We also requested some eggs so that we can have it after our Fansipan trip. It is great that she actually arrange to give us to our room. Thank so much"

"Very well located within Sapa, next to Sun Plaza, downhill walk to Moana Sapa and with many shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options. Travel desk was responsive and arranged our half day private Glass Bridge with little notice"
