Nice and tidy. Newly renovated, everything you need at good location closeby Binz center and the beach. We were contacted via WhatsApp prior to arrival and passed instructions, a contact point that were then readily accessible whenever we had any questions during our stay. We had no issues getting a parking spot during our stay.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Willkommens Begrüßung auf dem Tisch war sehr freundlich. Die Villa am Park ist sehr zentral gelegen

Dåliga madrasser i sängen. Man låg som i en grop på bägge sidor. Dessutom undrar vi om det var något plastöverdrag under lakanen. Underlaget blev väldigt varmt och svettigt

Gut erholt in der Nachsaison

Wir sind sehr begeistert. Tolle, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Unsere Wohnung war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise waren wir erst sehr enttäuscht, da Sauna und Fitness a. G. eines Wasserschadens nicht zur Verfügung standen. Es gab leider auch tagsüber den Baulärm. In der 2. Woche war der Schaden behoben. Das Körbchen mit frischen Handtüchern vor der Tür war eine nette Geste. Über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr gefreut! Wir sind wirklich gut erholt heim gefahren!

Schöne Unterkunft vor allem für Paare

Eine rundum gute Unterkunft, die 2019 grundsaniert wurde. Die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, der große Fernseher und die Dockingstation für Audio passten zur gehobenen Ausstattung. Für uns war es kein Problem, aber es gibt keine Wohnung, die ohne Treppen erreicht werden kann. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, vor allem für Paare (bei vier Duschenden ist das Warmwasser bei Nummer vier nur lau und kälter werdend - hier lohnt es sich, mit etwas Abstand zu warten). Sie liegt sehr zentral, aber ruhig. Die Seebrücke und der nächste Edeka sind zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen, Strand und Bushaltestelle im 3-5. die Hausverwalterin ist sehr hilfsbereit! Lediglich zwei Mankos: 1. Der Fitness- und Saunabereich war aufgrund eines Wasserschadens nichts nutzbar. Dafür gab es eine nette Entschuldigung in Form von einer Flasche Weißwein, zwei Flaschen lokalen Biers und einer Flasche Wasser. 2. Die ausziehbare Couch ist ausschließlich für kleine Kinder als Schlafmöglichkeit nutzbar. Eine sehr unangehm herausstehende Kante machte das Liegen für Erwachsene unmöglich. Da wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern unterwegs waren, hatten wir also die Wahl, den Abend mit der Bettzeit der Kinder zu beenden (die Schlafcouch steht neben der offenen Küche im Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit dem großen aber einzigen Fernseher) oder die Kinder zwischen Couch und Schlafzimmer hin und her zutragen. Hier wäre eine Investition in eine vernünftige Schlafcouch sinnvoll und wünschenswert.

Väldigt fin lägenhet med bra läge! Det enda som var mindre bra var bäddsoffan, där mekaniken för omställning till säng var bristfällig. Mycket vänlig och serviceinriktad personal.

Tolle Unterkunft in Binz

Die Lage ist super, zentral und mit kurzen Wegen ins Zentrum und zum Haus des Gastes, aber auch sehr ruhig gelegen direkt am kleinen Kurpark. Super auch der direkt am Haus liegende Parkplatz. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Diese Unterkunft am Kurpark liegt sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandpromenade und die Seebrücke sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar.

Forårstur til Rügen

pæn og ren lejlighed, køkken med fint udstyr. Meget lille badeværelse med mikro bruse kabine. Det værste var mangel på varmt vand under bruseren som skiftede mellem varmt og koldt når man badede. Der stod en flaske Rødvin, 2 æbler lidt chokolade samt 2 øl og 2 vand til os - dejligt. Lidt blød seng men dejlig bred. Sød værtinde som tillod os at få lejligheden da vi ankom selvom indtjekning først var kl 16.

Sehr freundliches Personal, super Ausstattung, tolle Aufmerksamskeiten wie Wein, Kaffeekapseln und Wasser am Bett. Das Bett war jedoch keine 5 Sterne wert. Es hat gewackelt und die Matratzen waren viel zu weich und gefühlt durchgelegen. Die Hezung sollte auch mal entlüftet werden. Dennoch ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel liebe zum Detail.
