"The room was extremely dirty and unsafe. There was trash everywhere and the bedsheets were stained and smelled bad. I even saw used needles around the property which made the place feel very dangerous. I could not stay there comfortably because it felt unsafe and unsanitary. This is completely unacceptable for a place listed on Expedia. I would strongly warn other travelers to avoid this property."

"Pool and hot tub was not clean and ready for use. Also, the pool is not heated and we were not able to enjoy it as we hoped, we just used the hot tub. Staffed cleaned it the next day which we appreciated. Breakfast was good, room service was excellent. Front staff could be more welcoming. "

"This hotel was once a great place to stay across the street from the Fresno airport. It had good food and a lively evening scene in the bar. It has been allowed to degrade unchecked. The carpets are filthy and haven’t been updated since they were installed in the last century. The decor is dark and dreary. The furniture is badly worn to the point of having the upholstery shredded and thread bare. The management buys cheap goods. I had to have my key cards replaced seven times in the four nights...

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Only problem is the actual property and some of the amenities. Was there for a couple of nights everything seemed well until tried to turn on tv.couldnt get it past what was offered.when I finally called about issues. They checked it out and apparently the TV wasn't set up and programmed, so they gave me another room. Fine with me , but the next night the toilet decided to not work . "The room had a funky smell to it. I looked down and my feet were black, so my guess is they're mopping the rooms with dirty water. The shower came with a dirt ring around the tub. And the guy at the desk acted like he didn't understand english when i asked about it. The smell in the room got better after I bought a Fabreeze air freshener. I was charged 100$ deposit, I should get it back and some kind of compensation for the conditions of the property. "

They offer no shuttle to take us to eating places, The TV did not work when we went to our room and they had to send someone to hook it up properly.
