It's not a luxury hotel! - but was functional, clean and a great option for a weekend at a festival in neighbouring town Margate. "The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. Lovely hotel

"A lovely hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a convenient location, just a short walk to the town centre, and only a 15 minute drive to the Le shuttle terminal. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle free. The continental breakfast was simple yet enjoyable , and catered for allergens upon request. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. We would happily return and recommend it to others. "

"stayed 1 night as meeting family for a meal/drinks in hythe,welcome warm and pleasant,smooth check-in,room lovely…esp bathroom,lovely and quiet room location little disappointed the bar was closed at 22.50pm when we got back from our meal,but i would advise e’one to stay at this hotel…cant praise it enough"
