"Very difficult getting luggage up awkward stairs for our room. Pay to book ground level. We were unlucky as had a view of a roof, carports and then a stormwater drain out the back. Other rooms looking over the pool looked awesome😳"

"A few missing things, no dish detergent, door and towel rails broken which we temped to fix, the tv was unwatchable due to delayed internet and pixelation and the smaller bedroom was clostriphobic and the showers were disappointing. The hot tub was a surprise and very enjoyable, location was excellent to the beach and restaurants, fabulous food. Michael's service was excellent when welcoming guests and he was very helpful."

"As first time travellers to Palm Cove we had high expectations but disappointed at the Aging of the Peppers Resort. Overall the resort is good but needs work and upgrades. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have difficulties with climbing stairs then choose a room with a lift or other."

The kitchen was somewhat equipped, some things were missing or broken and the fridge was completely full with old residents food so there was barely any room to put anything. The place was fine and mostly clean until people are gross and shave their beard over the sink and leave hair everywhere, don’t be that person. "Great comfortable resort, lots of pools and banana lounges, undercover bar, seating area with tv to retreat from the sun or rain. Happy hour at 3-5pm with music so great vibe. Rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet is of excellent quality. I love the spinach and mushrooms. Lots of variety and great professional Nespresso coffee machine. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. You are right on the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Perfect for couples or families."

"The location is reasonably convenient, and it was a cheap option for late booking for a 2-night stay on a busy weekend. The property and rooms are pretty old - they do not look as new as the nice photos you see here. If you have a room on the street side, you will have quite a lot of road noise and light at night so bring earplugs and an eye mask. "Lovely appointed hotel at the quiet end of The Esplanade closer to the airport. The front rooms are well appointed, but located directly above the restaurant so be prepared for noise. The nearby hospital (chopper) also adds to the noise. The staff were very helpful with luggage as there are no lifts.
