My husband went down to get bigger water glasses for the water in the room and the staff member gave him a whole carafe of ice cold water as well. Great service. Perfect location to be out of the busy area but only a short walk into the centre. Such an amazing room, with a huge balcony. We would 100% recommend a stay here."
