The room was nice however the bathroom door needs replacing as there is terrible water damage that lets the look and feel of the bathroom down. Staff seemed friendly. Hyatt Regency Birmingham
Spotless room exceptional comfort space and view. Great staff everyone pleasant and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Everyone’s chatty and helpful. Stayed here many times and it never disappoint’s excellent value and great service. Great hotel. 😀

Novotel Birmingham Centre
Didn't have breakfast but all elements of the stay was satisfactory. Sraff welcoming and helping - explained the parking. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
