"We received a lovely welcome and your Reception team (both day and night) were extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was adequate although with only lamps for lighting, it was a little dark. Maybe an improvement for the future. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and attentive. We would recommend your hotel and we will be back soon, thank you!"

Hair dryer, Ironing board and iron, plus tea & coffee tray in room. Breakfast, great selection menu from cereal, pastries, fresh fruit and full English breakfast. 24/7 hot drinks from reception. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Birmingham city centre."

"We stayed in an absolutely beautiful junior suite, with an exquisite bathroom, shower and toiletries. Staff were welcoming and courteous. We had drinks in the smart but still cosy and comfortable Bubble Bar and breakfast the following morning was served in the lovely restaurant and was delicious. As expected, an excellent hotel."

"Lovely spacious room which is well appointed and furnished tastefully. We did not eat food at the restaurant/ bar on this occasion but would certainly give it a go if we have a need to stay in Birmingham again in the future. Staff were really helpful and friendly and location wise the hotel is a reasonably short walk to venues such as Utilita arena."

"Everything was lovely. My one concern was the key safe. I didnt realise that you had to tirn the little button on the top to open it. A minor thing but would be nice to have known rather than phone for help. "
