"Staff were outstanding; Malak and Shahin were such a joy and treat at the front desk! The views from property where outstanding and breathtaking. End of the property driveway to one can buy a street an buy tram/bus tickets to take you short ride into city center. The zoo is just right next door, although didn't get a chance to go, so many wonderful things to do! Malik and Shahin"
"The construction on the street outside is unfortunate and was a nuisance but not the fault of the hotel, but travelers should be aware. As for my stay, everyone in our group made mention that their rooms never got cool and we were all uncomfortable with the temperature. I booked 3 rooms for a group, 1 of the rooms was extremely tiny, despite all 3 rooms being the same room category. I don't think I'd stay here again."
"I had a nice relaxing stay. The staff was wonderful. Only complaints were the breakfast buffet closes at 10 you better have your plate filled. Didn't even ask if anything else was needed just shut the doors. Not sure about all the rooms showers but I'm 6' 2" 280 pounds and the shower was about 2' x 2' which made it extremely hard to shower."
"Lovely hotel not too far out from the old town and the local station. Breakfast was good best coffee out of a machine ive ever tasted.👍

"Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean; the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel is within easy walking distance of not only the old town area, but the main train station as well as the local trams.
I would highly recommend this hotel."
