"We liked everything about the motel. The price was good, the rooms clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly. The only downside, which kept me from giving an excellent rating was we had two rooms and they charged us for two parking spaces even though we only had one car"

"First and foremost, when checking in, I was informed that it cost $10 per car per night; which was an additional $100 +tax. :( Then when in our room we were put on the west side of the building and with the building being rounded in the front, and me being a big, sunrise and coffee person, I COULD NOT SEE THE SUNRISE in a beach front room! That's major to me so I will never stay at Grand again. Three strikes, they were out. 1. Bad front desk people (no smiles, greeting, nothing- as if we were a bother). 2. Additional parking fee $100 and 3. NO SUNRISE. (I think the engineering is at fault here! Other than that, it was OK."

"I had a great and comfortable weekend stay at Bethany beach hotel. My room was double queen beds, so plush! I did not partake in the free buffer breakfast but I did enjoy the 2 complimentary adult beverages that came with the room. The front desk team is friendly. The hotel also gave me some vouchers for the nearby botanical gardens and mini golf behind the hotel. This hotel is perfect and close proximity to Bethany Beach and OC! I will be back."

"The hotel itself is a little dated, however it was extremely clean and the amenities were A1 . The direct beach access was the absolute best , will definitely recommend."

"I booked the princess for a romantic getaway and were all of the amenities. Pretty much everything there is closed, even though we are almost in season, but worst of all we tried to use the pool, which is the whole reason we booked the room and we were told that Freemasons booked the entire pool for the rest of the night and we couldn't get into the pool . A huge, huge group of children took up the pool and we couldn't even enjoy the tables and chairs around the pool as they took that all up as well. If you're going to rent out the entire amenities to one group, why would you make me pay full price to stay here and why wouldn't you tell me this what's going on before I stayed??? went to front desk and they offered me nothing."
