"I chose this hotel based upon the stated 24/7 airport shuttle service. Knowing that Bismarck is a smaller town I called ahead, 4 days before my travel day, to arrange for the shuttle service to the hotel upon my arrival at the airport, since I knew my plane's estimated arrival time would be midnight. The clerk was pleasant took note of the request and stated that the shuttle would be waiting upon my arrival. When I arrived, the shuttle was not waiting, the plane had been delayed, so I called the hotel to request the shuttle's return, but was told that they did not have a shuttle request on file and no one was available to drive the shuttle. I was told to grab an Uber, well Bismarck is a small market, not many Ubers or taxis available especially at bar closing time. I waited over 90 minutes for a 5 minute ride to the hotel. Disappointed. "

"Had to switch rooms 2x because the toudid not flush correctly."

"There sheets and towls were stained , i felt unsafe , need to be updated "

"In our room the heater made extremely loud noise while running. Had to shut it off and then wait till it got to cold and turn it back on for awhile. Otherwise very comfortable and nice. "

"Clean room "

"The room was little clean, the reason why is that. It had cobwebs and bugs in the closet. The bed was cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned. The only thing was different because you know how some hotels you have a door sign where it says housekeeping or do not disturb cause I was staying here for more than one night and I needed in my room vacuum and garbage taken out there is no housekeeping around for that request. The breakfast was delicious. It was freshly cooked. The pool was awesome. My kids love it overall I would rate this a six with the Lil complaints they have.. the front desk people were polite. "

"Swimming pool was closed. Rooms are very outdated. My bathroom did not have a working light but I was not going to switch rooms and have to move all of my personal and work stuff."

" The facility is dated but it was clean. My pets were a non issue. No hassle whatsoever. "
