"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. I had to call and request for things...

"I stayed one night at this beautiful beachside hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—right by the sea, with stunning views and relaxing vibes. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Even though it was a short stay, everything from the service to the atmosphere made it memorable. "Not very clean in the bathrooms and kitchen, the mugs still had stains from the previous guests. There are some safety hazards, such as there were loose screws on the ladder up to the “bedroom”, and the ladder was wobbly. However, the breakfast was really bad; not only did it not have any flavour, but they even charge you if you ask for water (even though they said breakfast was fully included). The greenery around the property is very overgrown and not maintained, making it extremely difficult...

"This hotel is nicely situated in the middle of Bytez beach neighborhood. Good comfortable vibe. The beach are is set up boho and has a good chill vibe in the trees. The bar and restaurant are nice and the included breakfast and dinner help offset the $180 per night cost. The rooms were average. Most have a balcony to nowhere so no rooms with a view. It is very spread out and you will do a lot of walking. Beware they charge the rooms by the amount of people and do not provide bedding. Just a hard...
