Very pleasant stay. The hotel has everything, including own onsen that we used every day after skiing. Amazing staff. Very friendly. Shuttle bus to and from skiing is limited hours but very efficient. Hard to get to shops or restaurants if you don’t have a car, but there were a few restaurants offering ...

This hotel was super convenient. Ski-in, ski-out. Onsite ski rental with storage locker. Nice onsen. Great restaurants - the buffet was amazing with lots of variety and delicious choices. Room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.
