Front desk super courteous and helpful. Overall experience was great. Crab experience good but the waiting for the crab to come out with a little bit long. Then at dinner we had to wait. some people were 15 minutes late before we got served

Gamme Cabins by Snowhotel Kirkenes
Staying at Snow Hotel was a magiacal experience. The Gamme Cabins were cozy and inviting, the staff were incredibly friendly, we loved petting the huskys, and we were fortunate to see the Northern Lights close to the hotel. The Sami experience was especially meaningful. We hope to come back!
