"Positives - The staff was very friendly and helpful
The free breakfast- it shocked us all, as both the quantity and quality exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were spacious, adequate and clean. The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach. Too bad we were not able to bathe due to the Sargassum.
Negatives - Our 2nd day, got up, no water, staff took too

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Rooms and all the grounds were kept very clean and tidy. The staff was quickly responsive and friendly with all our needs. The continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool area was pristine for relaxing and swimming. although the restaurant only served breakfast (restaurant was not open lunch & dinner) and the swim up bar inside the pool was not open, staff was readily available at the bar, which is right next to the pool. "My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."
