It was an okay stay. Wifi did not work so I had to leave the resort to actually work on my laptop. Not very many dining options except for the Waves restaurant. No telephone in my room. It is sad to see where Mt Irvine is at. A once vibrant hotel it’s now like a ghost town. No one there. No vibrancy. Water available for a few hours per day, no appealing meals. The entire hotel needs a lift in appearance but it is clear that its potential is still there. Hard to recommend the hotel ...

I had a great stay. The room was nice, the ceiling fan was much appreciated. With the sliding door open ac was not needed. The staff was very pleasant. Parking was no problem at all. Access to the beach was very easy and help ed to make the overall stay most enjoyable.
