We did ask to move rooms and (loud dripping from drainpipes just outside the room which was very annoying given the pouring rain) this was accommodated immediately. "Lovely hotel The Location was perfect! The room was very clean although very stuffy at night but there was a fan in the room and the window can be opened and was still very quiet. Loved the pool & spa facilities. Breakfast there was plenty of choice. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area. If I was being very picky the only complaint we had was the evening meal portions were very small for the price that we paid. Would definitely recommend this hotel for staying."

"Lovely experience! Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious and attractive and we had our own little balcony, which was a bonus. Great gardens for a drink or two and lots of parking on site. Delicious evening meal, which was prompt and very hot. The staff were really pleasant and friendly, adding to an enjoyable stop over. They even provided us with some car screen wash when requested. Would definitely come back, as this was faultless. Thanks!"

"We loved our stay with you. The hotel was so well kept and so clean everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and airy. I like the touch of water provided each day and the small packets of biscuits.
