"Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that...

"I stayed 4 weeks. The room is spacious. Furniture is minimalist but well-kept. I would prefer a larger desk instead of the small square table. I brought my own lamp. I'm not a fan of overhead lighting. Bed is very comfortable and clean. Refrigerator is half size, and has a separate freezer. Handy for frozen dinners. Water is hot. Pressure could be better. Overall, a good deal for the price."

"Elevator in bad need of service, got stuck a couple of times, staff said work order in but awaiting part. Was there two weeks and not fixed as of my checkout date. Room door did not close properly and countertop cooktop not working due to bad wiring. Lobby staff said electrician was called, no one ever showed."

"We didn’t have breakfast as we left before it was available. Our room was clean, fully stocked and comfortable. Staff as always, very friendly and welcoming. We will be back!"

"I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....

"Place was ok. Whoever stayed in my room begot me but stickers on the end tables and housekeeping decided it looked good and left it I guess. There was also long black hair on my toilet seat and I have light ginger hair. I fixed the table issue and foreign hair before I left. "
