"While we were in our room, the maintenance guy used a key to come in without knocking. He said there was a leak on the floor below us that he had to check our room for. Then that same day while we were gone, someone apparently came in the room and did something in the bathroom and left debris scattered all over the bathtub and counter, and then put our towels, that we had used on the floor. Which would’ve been fine, but housekeeping never brought us new towels."

"The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and I love the concept. It was clean and comfortable however the staff was impossible to get ahold of even to this day almost a week later I have never been contacted back after calling texting and emailing the contact info they provided. To access the hotel you need a code. The code they sent me originally didn’t work so we were locked out for 30 minutes before we followed the other couple to the cafe next door to ask if they knew how we could get in. Thankfully the cafe was the spot where we needed to go for help but there was no signage to direct you to go there! Later that evening we ran into another couple who unfortunately showed up later when the cafe to check in was closed and they also couldn’t get into the hotel with the code given and they also couldn’t get a call back from the property. Sounds like the hotel needs to get its communication issue fixed but the quality of the hotel itself is awesome and I hope they fix the lack of communication!"

"We stayed in a suite that was not in the main building but was spacious & comfortable. Our suite had a couchThere were 2 dressers & 3 hooks on the wall for clothes but no closet. All of the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was in a separate building"
