"Never seen any one on a night time, bar and pool table room never opened. Beds were never made up. On suite very small Had to keep asking for top up of tea and sugar. bathroom door would not shut properly had to bang it shut which would wake you up on a night. many more things to mention but don;t have time."

"Have stayed here years ago, so thought we would return as here on business. Changed owners, although old owners names still on name plate outside. We arrived early and was kindly allowed in our room by 12. This was helpful. Greeted by 1 of the owners who was keen to introduce himself as gay and has bipolar thats why him and his partners have dogs for support. This was absolutely fine with us. "We booked two family rooms and one single room. They were all decent size and clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was also ideal and within walking distance of the beach/promenade. We will definitely book again! "
