"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was lovely, comfortable, and we slept really well, making for a relaxing visit. While there is some room for improvement with cleanliness and a warmer, friendlier welcome from the staff, these were relatively minor points. With a little more attention to these areas, this would be an excellent place to stay. We’d happily consider returning in the future."

This has plenty of room, a stand-alone shower (though no bath in our particular room) and we didn’t notice any insects. "Room wasn’t cleaned so also no tea/coffee/water replaced. Called reception and replacements promised within 10 minutes - never arrived after an hour so had to re request. No clean cups or spoons. Two power cuts first night with no answer to an Expedia message. Hotel was extremely dated and it is never a 4 star room and the receptionists all lacked basic pleasantries/communication skills. Much prefer Llechwen Hall stays. Golf course looked nice though"

"This is part of the Ramada Resort chain. It is situated off a main road with spread out buildings in picturesque grounds and decent parking close to the main building and reception. I had a really nice room with a fully functioning fan to offset the 30+ degree temperatures. I used the onsite fitness facility which was pretty well equipped for all my cardio and weights needs.
