We got into our first room 305, and we laid down and there’s a large floor ceiling curtains. They were blackout they’ll see a little bit of light under and in the middle. "Overall disappointing, just to many excuses given."

"Everything was clean, breakfast was good, staff was nice. Only problem, for such a large HI, two elevators only. We were struggling with housekeeping for an empty elevator....and it was in the morning, hours before check out time. It took almost 15 minutes at 8AM to get in an elevator with our luggage. "
