"We were coming from a cruise as many others using this hotel were and arrived quite early, there was no luggage storage and it was really full in the lobby with everyone waiting as no one wanted to just leave their stuff unattended.
The rooms themselves were okay, but it was really loud with doors shutting and you could hear people talking.
The breakfast was really good with lots of variety and great yogurt"

"I love this place. Great location. Great view. Great food at the rooftop bar. Rooms were very cool. Staff was extremely friendly. Here is my only complaint: I called the day before to let them know I would arrive at 10:30 and would accept any possible early entry. The person I spoke to said they would try. I arrived at 10:30 and they would not let me in my room till 4:01. If you require guests to leave at 11:00, not every room is not ready until 4:00. EVERY hotel let's guests arrive...

"Front desk staff needs more training how to treat guest. They are the face of the business. We met a lady in the afternoon that was very cut and dry. A gentleman in the adternoon during our check in that did not greet us upon arrival, didnt even look at us. My husband ask how his day was going he didnt answer! Look at the computer the entire time.
