"The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."

"A lovely, well equipped cottage, ideal for 1-2 people, nicely tucked away in a village that has so much going on. Clean, comfortable and a lovely welcome basket from the owners. The small kitchen area has everything you need, the decor is lovely and the lighting is great. The woodburner is left ready to light, though I didn’t need it. There is lots of local information left by the owners, who are very friendly and welcoming."

"The Hotel was good and served a purpose for 1 night before a flight. The bedroom door closer needed replacing as very stiff and difficult to close the door. We chose to eat in the on-site returant because if the good reviews. This was a poor decision . We dined quite early about 6.00pm and my wife ordered the Tikka Markani only to be told there wasn't any. She then ordered the blackened fish when this was served it had no seasoning, upon querying this we were told they were out of seasoning, pretty poor really. The staff in the restaurant also did not seem to have any charisma and it was a poor experience. Would stop in the hotel again but not dine in the restaurant."

"We have stayed here before and wanted to come back. We booked a classic King and got the opportunity to bid for an upgrade to the Executive suite and got it. When we arrived, there were no Executive suites ready and they put us in a Signature suite instead at no extra cost. The staff here are so friendly and go above and beyond and made our stay so enjoyable. Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary."

"Very handy for the stadium and student parents staying over. Only stayed one night for a nearby wedding so didn't really use any of the facilities. We moved rooms as club across the road is so noisy, it can be heard in the front rooms. Second room was a big upgrade and very quiet. Staff were very helpful in this respect. Avoided breakfast at £19.00 each and walked to the Greggs instead. Parked at the Temple car park which was very reasonable but not ideal if you are unable to walk too far or have lots of bags."

"Hotel was of excellent standard, room was very comfortable, breakfast was good and hotel very well presented. Only minor issue was rolling back in the hotel around 10pm and hoping to grab something to eat, we didn't expect the resturant to be open but hoped we could have something light or even room service in the bar. I was with a friend who lives locally and wasn't staying in the hotel. The staff I guess were trying to be helpful in their own way but were keen to share it was hotel policy that no food is consumed in the bar. We asked if we could not order room service (the kitchen seemed to be next to the bar) and just have in the bar, no! We even asked if we could have room service and bring back down, no! We asked for a room service menu, that took ten mins due to a shift change! We were then told there was only pizzas and would take more than 30 mins! All seemed a little obstructive and in the end we ordered McDonalds and took to the room.... probably against hotel policy"

"Very clean, quiet were in 415...good towels..shower gel / hand wash in dispensers...wardrobe big with spare pillows..no drawers as such..hospitality tray very basic, 2 bottles of water on arrival... Breakfast was good, buffet style...juices, tea, coffee etc..all good..easy checkout on line if it works..mine didn't.. left case so we could do a bit more shopping...staff nice..get well soon Scotty..."
