Ofrecen wifi y no tiene, dicen que lo hacen para que puedas descansar.
No hay regadera, solo una tina.
Ofrecen aire acondicionado y no tienen, que mejor abras las ventanas.
No existe una recepción, ni personal para ofrecer ayuda. Tuvimos que modificar nuestro itinerario para ir a recoger la llave porque la encargada ya se quería ir a las 8 de la noche.
No tienen vasos en la habitación para tomar...
"What an amazing place and the staff were fantastic. Limited options for food in the evening but we used uber eats and used the dining room which was perfect. 14 euro in an uber to Epernay and the champagne houses, a 35 minute walk to Ay centre. A very enjoyable few nights away."
"Needed a place to stop by enroute to Calais. Great stop as I could visit Champagne for a drink. The place is good enough to crash for a night for the price I paid."
"Boutique hotel charmingly decorated and appointed in Belle Epoque style. They seemed to have thought of every detail to make the room comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff who seemed truly happy you are staying with them. Nice pool and hot tub. Very conveniently located to Avenue du Champagne where many houses are located offering champagne tasting. "

"We booked an ‘arty’ room, really comfy bed and nice & quiet.
Secure overnight parking, ideal stop off point from France to UK.
A little out of town but if it’s just a rest stop you need then it’s ideal.
Really nice bar area, super dog friendly & nice food served in the restaurant (opens at 7pm and food isn’t available before that, although the lady behind the bar kindly heated us up a pizza as we were ravenous!)
The service in the restaurant was slow, an hour’s wait between starters & mains, not ideal and it wasn’t just us. All staff really nice though.
We’d definitely stay again. "
