"We had a minor issue with our room keys initially but the lady at the front desk was kind enough to not only reset the keys but also walk up to our room with us to make sure they worked. Our room was ready upon check in but I do know that there were other people whose rooms were not ready at 3pm. The sheets on the bed had minimal elastic left in them so they kept coming off.
