"The lighting in the room was confusing. The breakfast was really spectacular be use of the variety and everything I ate was excellent. The restaurant and staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was good but rather expensive "

"Beautiful room in an historic hotel, overlooking a park and quay. It even had a window seat! Common areas were large and lovely with ample seating groups. Breakfast and a light supper were included in the room rate. It was conveniently located to shopping, dining and historic sights. Staff was pleasant and accomodating."

"There were hairs still in the sink and on one of the beds. The light switch to the bed reading lights didn’t stay on if you turned the overhead lights off, the heater didn’t stay on and the windows were draughty. It seems like the place is undergoing renovations. It seemed like half the room had been painted. The bed was comfortable. Location was good. "
