"The hotel is full of heritage, dating back to the mid 19th century. Both the building and its interior are fascinating, with relaxing colors that create a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere. We stayed for just one night during our long motorcycle trip, so unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the additional services the hotel has to offer. Our room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing - exactly what we needed after several days on the road....

"Location, location, location. That’s really the saving grace for this property but everything else feels like they’ve been coasting for the last twenty years. Staff was fine, nothing standout. One nice touch was that minibar was included each day. Room did have AC. Room was basic, TV was mounted 15’ from bed and was about 22” model, definitely need an upgrade. Bidet didn’t work, shower/tub was older narrow claustrophobic size. Most egregious issue was Wi-Fi didn’t work, it would drop...

"I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, wheb checking in there were no towels in the room and the safe did not work. When asking to bring us towels, fix the safe, my requests were ignored and one of the receptionists seemed to be ironically smiling when I raised these issues. The next day our room wasn’t cleaned and the issues were still not addressed. The 1 gentleman visiting from the main office was a hospitality professional, kudos to him"

"This is our second time at Bon Rivage and we enjoyed it. Its practial to stay there if you want to visit Vevey and Bouveret. Its great for families with nice spacious rooms. The location is very good with a beautiful scenery. We will definitely go back."

"No air conditioning. In July, it’s torture. Room was much hotter than it was outside. Couldn’t sleep. We left after one night even though we had already paid for three in advance because it was just too hot and uncomfortable."
