"We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly kind and the property was so clean. The pool and hot tub were beautiful as was the view. Our room was spacious and right next to the bathroom. There was a dining room with a large variety of food options as well as a full kitchen for guests to use. We had free internet as well. Sorry our stay was only two nights because we would have liked to stay longer!"

"This was a wonderful surprise. The 3-person room turned out to be an apartment (1/4 of a building, I think), right on the water. Loved watching the birds from our porch and able to pop out to walk and watch the sunset. The apartment is renovated from one of the original Blonduos buildings and has been furnished with an old-time aesthetic. The sitting room was great. The kitchen has everything you need to eat at home (in Iceland, that saves a lot of money). Breakfast was provided back in the regular hotel and was typical Icelandic (plus a waffle maker) and excellent."

"It is slightly remote but there is staff living next door so you can just go knock on their door. Serene surroundings. No breakfast. Expedia site said breakfast available for fee, which is not correct. There is a big kitchen if you want to bring food and cook. "
