The hotel is gorgeous: comfortable beds by the outdoor pool, a large hot tub and friendly bar staff. It hosts a celebration of Jamaican art and culture in the corridors and rooms which gives a sense of character which can be lost in some high-end but cloned hotels. Here we knew we were in Kingston. "The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there."
