"Handicap room was perfect for my wife who just was discharged from TGH ! Spacious room& bath, wood floors ideal for wheelchair. Great mattress & loved sheets !! Staff very friendly & helpful !!"

"The property had really great ratings with an emphasis on cleanliness and my experience could not have been further from this. When we walked in I sat on the couch and there was old dried food stains all over it. I let the person at the front desk when he came by my room. He told me he would ask someone from housekeeping to come by which never happened. So we just had old drive food like cheese and stuff on the couch the whole time. The towels also had holes in them. One of the wash clothes just literally disintegrated while i was in the shower. I'd never seen anything like it. When we asked for more towels they told us we had to wait until 11am the next day to call down and ask for towels. But the phone didn't work, so not sure how we could do that. They also told us to just check by the pool, which also doesn't have towels. We eventually took the tattered towels down to the front desk to beg for more towels that weren't falling apart. They finally agreed to replace the towels, after a bunch of back and forth. The whole place also smells like old stale cigarette smoke and there are no elevators, which was fine but not ada friendly. We ended up checking out a day early."

"First bed was not clean find metal parts under the sheet from bottle cap and the bottom sheet was dirty. We sleep on top of the second sheet. The floor was sticky not get clean . The mattress and pelles was poor. The wall light in bathroom was not working the TV also was not working but concierge came for restart it. No continental breakfast at all except coffee and plastic bag muffin’s.. for the price we paid we give a 1 on 10. We occupied the room 316. We not complain to staff after the TV. We just know there for 2 night and never comeback again. Sorry!"

"Toilet wouldn't flush, maintenance wouldn't fix it, the bathtub had a huge hole in the center covered by a tarp of some sort, booked a king room and was given a double bed room due to "maintenance". Apparently maintenance didn't include working plumbing. Don't stay at this s-hole!"

"Nos permitieron hacer check in antes de las 3:00pm lo que fue muy bueno para nosotros. Cuando llegamos a la habitación La bañera estaba en malas condiciones. Pelada y se veía sucia. Pero en realidad estaba manchada. El inodoro se veía sucio también. Y el microondas estaba lleno de comida en las paredes. Las sábanas se veían desgastadas y tenían pequeños agujeros. Por otro lado, siempre hubo agua caliente y el aire enfriaba bien. La estadía fue de 2 noches razón por la cual no había servicio a la habitación."
