"This is a very well kept hotel. We experienced one of the worst cold front in years! (Wind gusts of over 80mph) And next day every staff member was engaged to make the hotel facilities look like nothing ever happened. I felt welcomed all the time, nothing but smiles. Loved the view. I'd definitely stay here again"

"It was ok, it's an old hotel, the shower had no hot water and it was kind of hard to get in the bathtub. The water leaked everywhere from the shower to the floor and outside to the si I area. Towels looked gray, not white. They were very old and didn't look very clean because of the grayish colour. "

"Everything is this hotel is top notch, from the bellboy to the reception desk. We do visit Veracruz quite often 3 or 4 times a year and we always choose this hotel for our stay. The swimming pool is great and the service there is fantastic. "
